Our breakthrough emerged from a stunned client in 2023. An important investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered accordingly. Rather than saying “impossible,” we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—floral setups that look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
